The corresponding author must ensure originality, co-author approval, and proper formatting. A confirmation email is sent after successful submission.

The editorial team verifies scope relevance, formatting, plagiarism status, and ethical compliance. Manuscripts passing this stage proceed to peer review. If corrections are required, authors are notified before review assignment.

IJSMT uses reliable plagiarism detection tools to ensure originality. Manuscripts exceeding acceptable similarity limits (typically 10–15%) are returned for revision or rejected to uphold academic integrity.

All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review. Reviewers assess originality, methodology, contribution to the field, and clarity. Editorial decisions may include acceptance, revision, resubmission, or rejection.
