Abstract

AI has emerged as disruptive technology in different sectors.  AI has transformed the whole scenario of the origination to redefine profile of the professionals ultimately which require different skills and employability conditions.  In this context, it is essential to understand how university graduates are preparing to face these changes and what type of role AI play in their future career guidance.   This research papers focused totally on development and use of AI to support further career guidance and professionalism.  Results from focus groups, scenario work and practical trials are presented and mapped the requirement and possibilities for uses of AI in career guidance.
