Abstract

Conventional healthcare facilities frequently struggle with disorganized patient records, prolonged wait times, and an absence of real-time, intelligent decision-support tools. To overcome these traditional inefficiencies, this paper introduces an AI-Integrated Healthcare Management System designed to automate and streamline hospital operations. Built upon a scalable full-stack architecture utilizing React.js for a dynamic frontend, robust backend services, and MySQL for secure relational data storage the platform enables seamless, real-time coordination between patients, medical staff, and administrators.

The system's primary innovation is the integration of artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze historical patient data and preliminary symptoms. This intelligent module assists in dynamic appointment scheduling, optimizing doctor availability, and prioritizing critical patient cases. Furthermore, the platform incorporates strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure the privacy of sensitive medical records, alongside automated notification systems to reduce missed appointments and enhance patient engagement.
