IJCOPE publishes original research articles, theoretical papers, literature reviews, case studies, and methodological articles that contribute to the advancement of creative and open education. The journal welcomes multidisciplinary research, including but not limited to:

IJCOPE operates under a fully Open Access model. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows unrestricted use, sharing, and adaptation of content, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and IJCOPE.

IJCOPE adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics. Authors must ensure originality, accurate authorship, proper citation practices, truthful data reporting, disclosure of conflicts of interest, and ethical approvals where applicable. All manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format and must include the following sections:

• Title Page (separate file for blind review)
• Abstract
• Keywords
• Main Body: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion
• Acknowledgements (optional)
• Declarations: Conflicts of Interest, Funding, Ethical Approval
• References (APA 7th Edition)
• Appendices (if applicable)

Manuscripts should be submitted via email. Authors will receive a confirmation upon submission and may track progress through the Editorial Office.

IJCOPE follows a double-blind peer review process consisting of initial editorial assessment, expert peer review, editorial decision, author revisions, and final acceptance. The typical turnaround time for the first decision is 3–5 days.

Accepted manuscripts undergo proofreading and are published online with a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for permanent access and citation. IJCOPE ensures long-term archiving of all published content.
