The major HRM practices considered in this study include recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation management, employee welfare, and employee engagement. The study adopts a descriptive research design and uses both primary and secondary data sources. Data collected from employees are analyzed using percentage analysis and interpretation methods.
