A STUDY ON HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES
Human Resource Management (HRM) practices play a vital role in improving employee performance, organizational productivity, and employee satisfaction. The present study focuses on analyzing the various HRM practices adopted in organizations and their impact on employee efficiency and organizational growth. The major HRM practices considered in this study include recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation management, employee welfare, and employee engagement. The study adopts a descriptive research design and uses both primary and secondary data sources. Data collected from employees are analyzed using percentage analysis and interpretation methods. The findings reveal that effective HRM practices improve employee motivation, job satisfaction, productivity, and organizational commitment. The study concludes that organizations should strengthen HRM strategies to achieve long-term organizational success and maintain competitive advantage.
