Abstract
They are disregarding the fact that children are the country's hope and future. These children do not get the opportunity to live a healthy life since they are not delighted physically, intellectually and culturally in their childhood. It is generally accepted that low incomes, poverty, unemployment, social life, illiteracy, and ignorance are the main causes of child labor. It is not the child labor. Millions of children's futures are shut down by the child labor issue, which also restricts their chances for development. Since child labor is a symptom of the disease that is spread at various levels, it cannot be considered in isolation. The majority of children who work are from low-income, landless, or semi-landless families whose income is insufficient to sustain the family. Primary education should be required for all children under the age of 14. The curriculum for primary education should include instruction in the development of skills relevant to the demands of the economy. Therefore, the problem of child labor needs to be addressed immediately and seriously at both the federal and state levels. Poverty is one of the main causes of this problem.
