Abstract

The rapid expansion of Rotaract clubs at the district level has significantly increased the complexity of coordination, communication, and resource management among multiple clubs. Traditional tools such as messaging platforms, spreadsheets, and manual reporting systems are often fragmented, time-consuming, and lack the ability to provide structured and real-time insights. These limitations result in inefficiencies, delayed decision-making, and reduced transparency in managing district-level activities.
