Abstract

The Student Fees Management System is developed to automate and simplify the process of managing student fee records in educational institutions. In many schools and colleges, fee management is still handled manually through registers or spreadsheets, which can lead to errors, data loss, and time-consuming administrative work. A computerized system helps overcome these problems by providing a more efficient and reliable way to manage fee information. The proposed system consists of several important modules including the Login Page Module, Dashboard & Analytics Module, Fee Entry Module, Parent Login Module, Online Payment Gateway (Demo) Module, Audit & Log Tracking Module, and Smart Notification Module. The Login Page Module provides secure authentication so that only authorized users can access the system. The Dashboard & Analytics Module displays important information such as total fee collection, pending fees, and student statistics. The Fee Entry Module allows administrators to record and update student fee details easily. The Parent Login Module enables parents to check their child’s fee status and payment history. The Online Payment Gateway (Demo) Module demonstrates how online payment options can be integrated into the system for convenient fee transactions. The Audit & Log Tracking Module records system activities for security and monitoring purposes. In addition, the Smart Notification Module helps send reminders and updates to students and parents regarding fee payments and due dates. Overall, the Student Fees Management System improves accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in managing financial records within educational institutions. By using this system, institutions can reduce manual work and provide better administrative services to students and parents.
