A STUDY ON WORKPLACE STRESS AND ITS IMPACT ON EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY AT AMPHITRITE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. CHENNAI
The study titled “A Study on Workplace Stress and its Impact on Employee Productivity at Amphitrite Technologies Pvt Ltd, Chennai” examines the effect of workplace stress on employee productivity in a technical and project-based organization. The research is based on primary data collected from 110 employees using structured questionnaires. Statistical tools such as regression and correlation analysis were used to evaluate the relationship between workplace stress and employee performance indicators such as job satisfaction and mental well-being. The findings reveal that workplace stress has a significant negative impact on employee productivity, reducing efficiency and engagement levels. The study concludes that effective stress management strategies, improved communication, and supportive work practices are essential to enhance employee well-being and organizational performance.
