Abstract

In the modern telecommunications landscape, maintaining network uptime is critical for ensuring seamless communication services. This paper presents the development of "Air Voice," a web-based Network Operations Center (NOC) portal designed to streamline fault management and service level agreement (SLA) tracking. Keeping a telecom network up and running is more important than ever—without it, communication just falls apart. That’s where “Air Voice” comes in. It’s a web-based NOC portal built to make fault management and SLA tracking a whole lot easier. Here’s the gist: Air Voice pulls all your network data into one centralized dashboard. You can see the live status of every “Gram Panchayat” (GP), and, when something goes wrong, the portal instantly sorts the problem by priority—from P1 (Critical) all the way down to P4 (Low), depending on what failed. On top of that, the system uses Chart.js to show real-time visualizations of what’s happening. There’s also a secure, role-based access tool, so engineers and admins only see what they should. When a critical network heartbeat drops or there’s an infrastructure issue, the portal cuts response times by getting the right info to the right people fast. Rolling this out showed just how much a digital NOC portal like Air Voice can help. It makes coordinating field engineers simpler and pushes network reliability up—exactly what you need in a huge telecom operation.
