Abstract
This study examines the pivotal role of ethical leadership and accountability in driving sustainable development, positioning sustainability as a safeguard for the progress and evolution of future generations. Utilizing secondary data and an extensive literature reviews, the research focuses on three iconic leaders from Kerala. – V.S Achuthandandan, A. K. Antony, and E. Sreedharan. The paper illustrates how these leaders successfully advanced sustainable development by upholding three fundamental pillars: Political, Administrative, and Social.
