Abstract
Blue Ocean Strategy offers organizations an approach to create uncontested market spaces, generate new demand, and reduce direct competition through value innovation. This study examines Blue Ocean Strategy and competitive advantage with reference to Accenture, focusing on innovation, value creation, strategic differentiation, technology adoption, and customer-centric solutions. Primary data were collected from 100 employees through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using percentage analysis. The findings indicate that innovation supports market opportunities, value creation improves customer satisfaction, and strategic differentiation strengthens competitiveness. Overall, the study concludes that Blue Ocean practices support organizational performance, market expansion, sustainable growth, and long-term competitive advantage.
