Abstract
Employee motivation is a critical determinant of organizational productivity, employee engagement, and long-term business suAccess. This study examines the relationship between employee motivation and productivity at Jersey Dairy Pvt. Ltd. by analysing the influence of motivational factors such as compensation, recognition, career development opportunities, leadership support, job security, and the work environment. Primary data were collected from employees using a structured questionnaire, while secondary information was obtained from books, journals, and company-related sources. The findings indicate that motivated employees demonstrate higher commitment, improved work performance, greater job satisfaction, and stronger organizational loyalty. The study concludes that effective motivational practices significantly enhance productivity and operational efficiency. It recommends strengthening employee development programmes, recognition systems, and supportive leadership to sustain workforce motivation and organizational growth.
