Cost control is a vital financial management function that enables organizations to optimize resource utilization, reduce operational expenses, and improve profitability without compromising product quality. This study examines the cost control measures adopted by Kia Motors by analysing budgetary control, inventory management, labor cost control, production efficiency, quality management, and technology adoption. A descriptive research design was adopted using primary and secondary data collected from 100 respondents through a structured questionnaire. Pearson Correlation Analysis was used to examine the relationship between cost control measures and organizational performance. The findings reveal that systematic cost control significantly enhances operational efficiency, profitability, productivity, financial stability, and sustainable organizational growth.
