EMPLOYEE RETENTION STRATEGIES AND JOB SATISFACTION IN MODERN ORGANIZATIONS
Employee retention and job satisfaction are important factors influencing organizational success in the modern business environment. Organizations face increasing challenges in retaining skilled and experienced employees due to competition, workplace stress, and changing employee expectations. High employee turnover increases recruitment and training costs and affects organizational productivity. Therefore, organizations focus on implementing effective employee retention strategies to improve employee satisfaction and organizational commitment.
The study focuses on factors influencing employee retention such as salary benefits, career growth opportunities, work environment, employee recognition, and leadership support. The study was conducted using both primary and secondary data. A sample size of 120 respondents was selected using convenience sampling method. Statistical tools such as Percentage Analysis, Chi-Square Test, and Correlation Analysis were used for data analysis.
