Abstract

The concept of Work from Home (WFH) has become increasingly popular, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizations across the world adopted remote working practices to maintain business continuity. This research paper examines the impact of work from home on employee discipline and time management. The study focuses on understanding how remote work influences punctuality, productivity, work-life balance, and self-discipline among employees. Data was collected through surveys and secondary sources. The findings indicate that while work from home offers flexibility and convenience, it also creates challenges related to distractions, time scheduling, and maintaining professional discipline. Proper organizational policies, communication, and employee training can improve the effectiveness of remote work.
